About Me

I’m Felicity, a qualified psychotherapist in private practice in Northampton. I work with young people aged 11+, adults, and professionals, offering counselling, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision both in person and online.

People come to therapy and supervision for many different reasons. Sometimes there is a clear difficulty, anxiety, low mood, trauma, loss, or work-related stress. At other times, there is simply a sense that something no longer feels settled or manageable. My role is to offer a space where these experiences can be explored with care, curiosity, and respect.

How I Work

My approach is relational and trauma-aware, shaped by an understanding that emotional distress always exists in context. I pay close attention to pace, safety, and the therapeutic relationship, recognising how early experiences, pressure, responsibility, and life events can influence how we feel, think, and relate, both to ourselves and to others.

I aim to offer a space that feels calm, containing, and non-judgemental. There is no expectation to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say or work on. Therapy and supervision can unfold gradually, guided by what feels most important and manageable for you.

Professional Practice

My work is underpinned by:

  • ethical and trauma-aware practice

  • clear boundaries and confidentiality

  • respect for autonomy and individual pace

  • experience across both therapeutic and professional contexts

Whether you are coming to counselling or supervision, my intention is to offer a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and trustworthy.

Moving Forward

I believe deeply in the value of being listened to and understood, and in the difference a consistent, supportive relationship can make over time.

If you’re considering counselling or supervision, you’re welcome to get in touch to explore whether this feels like the right fit.
