Hi, I'm Felicity
Reaching out for counselling or supervision is rarely a small step.
People seek support for many reasons, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, loss, work pressure, burnout, or a sense that something no longer feels manageable. These experiences can affect young people, adults, and professionals alike.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Northampton, as well as online therapy, for young people aged 11+, adults, and professionals. My work is relational, trauma-aware, and grounded in care, with attention to safety, pace, and individual experience.
